Who is behind it
Viviendas a Estrenar is a project promoted by Inmobiliaria Peña. It is led by Endika Zubillaga Peña, CEO of Inmobiliaria Peña since 2008, with a career focused on real estate guidance and new-build homes.
Why Viviendas a Estrenar was created
The project was created to help national and international buyers find, compare and enquire about new-build homes in Spain with clearer, better organised information before travelling, visiting or reserving.

We organise real options, check availability, request floor plans and specifications, and help understand prices, locations and conditions before moving forward.
Our relationship with developers
We work with a network of more than 300 developers and bring together more than 1000 different new-build references, especially in coastal areas and markets with strong residential and international demand.
